Delicious and healthy chocolatey pudding (or breakfast!)
Cacao Chia Pudding with Frozen Berries
Ingredients
8 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup (add more if you want)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
160g tin organic coconut cream
380ml of milk/ milk alternative (I used organic oat milk)
A few berries per bowl
Method
It's so easy!
Put all the ingredients in a bowl
Whisk together, making sure there are no lumps
Leave on the side for 15 mins, then whisk again
Pour into small bowls (I got 4 bowls worth)
Leave for 4hrs or overnight
Add frozen berries to the top, experiment with other toppings of your choice
Enjoy!
You could also heat this up if you want
