• 1 x 60-minute online session: A thorough review of your health history, symptoms, and concerns. This session focuses on information gathering to build a complete picture of your health.

• We will also review if any tests are required​

Foundation Session

• 1 x 90-minute session (online or in-person depending on location): Together, we’ll dive into your health plan and lay the groundwork for your healing journey.

Follow-Up and Ongoing Support

• 4 x Monthly check-In sessions (up to 1 hour each): These sessions provide ongoing guidance and adjustments to your plan as needed.

• Email/WhatsApp Communication: Stay supported between sessions with direct communication as required (within working hours).

• HTMA- a professional test (valued at £85) to provide valuable insights into your mineral balance and toxicity levels.
