Meg is a beautiful soul Who is dedicated to working towards your wellbeing. She works extremely hard for all her clients to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. An incredible cook, she also hosts a range of events at which she caters but also provides invaluable advice on how best to take care of yourself and use nutrition as medicine. I have had digestive 'issues' since I was a little girl.

I have now realised that this has been the underlying cause of so many symptoms I've had throughout my whole life.... I can't tell you how much my outlook has changed now that I have learnt exactly what is going on. It has given me so much power and freedom. Feelings of anxiety have been creeping up on me for many years now, to be honest I have been trying to ignore them and I just hadn't admitted to myself, just how bad things had got.

I made the decision to seek some help (unfortunately my GP didn't have many solutions for me) before things got really bad.
