Three times a year I put on an online group programme for women. This is a chance for you to gain a large amount of knowledge for a fraction of the cost of working with me 121.

The programmes last for 3 weeks (1 week to prepare & 14 days on the programme), however they are designed as a way to start you off on a more healthier journey, a way to reset.

The programme themes include-
1. New Year Health Reset (January)
This is a great start to the year, laying down the foundations for the year ahead.

2. Spring Cleanse (May)
Learn the basics of healthy detoxification, what is needed for your liver to function at it's best and how to maintain healthy cleansing practices throughout the year

3. Gut Reset (October)
Get on board with how your microbiome functions, what happens when things go wrong and how we can really care for our digestive systems
