I'm on Substack!

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re curious about your health, perhaps a little frustrated, and ready for something that feels more personalised, more grounded and more you.
I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Associate Naturopath, working through a Holistic & Whole Body lens. In simple terms, that means I’m less interested in silencing symptoms and more interested in understanding why they’re happening in the first place, getting to the root cause.
Because your body is not random.
And it’s not working against you (it really isn’t!)
Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating everything from digestive issues and fatigue to hormonal imbalances and weight struggles that don’t seem to shift, no matter how “good” they are being. What I see time and time again is this: when you understand your body properly, things begin to change in a way that actually lasts.
Not overnight.
Not through extremes.
But through steady, informed shifts that support your physiology rather than fight it.
Why Substack?
I wanted a space that feels a little slower.
A little more thoughtful.
Less noise, more depth (yes I’m looking at you Insta 👀)
I’ll be sharing the kind of information I wish more people had access to. The kind that helps you join the dots between your symptoms, your habits and your overall health.
You can expect:
Clear, grounded explanations of common health concerns
Insights from Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathic principles
Practical ways to support your body without overwhelm
A more nuanced take on topics like weight, metabolism and gut health
Occasional deeper dives for those who want to go further
The kind of community I want to build
This isn’t about perfection.
And it’s definitely not about rigid rules.
It’s about creating a space for people who are curious, open-minded and willing to look beyond quick fixes.
People who want to understand their bodies rather than control them.
People who are tired of all-or-nothing thinking.
People who are ready to approach their health with a bit more compassion and a lot more context.
If that sounds like you, you’re very welcome to join the community.
Over time, I’d love this to become more of a conversation. A place where questions are encouraged, ideas are explored and we can gently challenge some of the more unhelpful narratives around health.
Everything I share here is intended to inform and support, not replace personalised advice. Your health is individual, and it deserves to be approached that way.
That said, my aim is always to leave you with something useful. Something you can reflect on, or even act on, in a way that feels realistic (and is sustainable).
Feel free to say hello, and if there’s something you’re particularly interested in learning about, I’d love to hear that too.
Meg x
