Programme Schedule:

 

Week beginning 11th May

Familiarise yourself with the programme, clear out any tempting foods from your cupboards (if it’s there you may eat it, so get it out!!).

We are cutting out sugar, gluten, dairy, alcohol & ultra processed foods

Start planning the foods you think you’d like to eat from the recipe book and buy any foods you need.

Today is our first live webinar- don’t worry if you can’t attend live, a recording will be sent out to everyone.

In this session we will be going through the food and nutrition side of things.

 

Monday 18th May

Aim to start your programme today. By all means start before, there are no rules to this.
