Delicious and healthy chocolatey pudding (or breakfast!)


Cacao Chia Pudding with Frozen Berries


Ingredients


  • 8 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (add more if you want)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 160g tin organic coconut cream

  • 380ml of milk/ milk alternative (I used organic oat milk)

  • A few berries per bowl



Method


It's so easy!


  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl

  2. Whisk together, making sure there are no lumps

  3. Leave on the side for 15 mins, then whisk again

  4. Pour into small bowls (I got 4 bowls worth)

  5. Leave for 4hrs or overnight

  6. Add frozen berries to the top, experiment with other toppings of your choice

  7. Enjoy!

  8. You could also heat this up if you want
