Grain Free Granola Recipe

I'm loving this as a really easy breakfast, paired with fruit, yogurt & extra protein, it keeps me full for ages!

Ingredients
200g desiccated, shredded or flaked coconut OR flaked almonds OR a mix
100g hulled hemp seeds
100g sunflower seeds
100g pumpkin seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil
Method:
Pre-heat oven 150c (bake)
Combine all ingredients on a lined baking tray and stir to coat in oil. Bake for 5
minutes, stir and bake a further 3–5 minutes (be careful it will brown quickly).
I have with blueberries or raspberries (or a mix), Sojade fermented soya yogurt, freeze dried berry powder and a little hemp protein.
